Junior 1 Bedroom (500 sf) - $2,200

1 Bedroom (550 sf) - $2,450

**The above quoted price is offered with a 12 month lease term and are subject to change. Short term leases: 6-11 month term available with a $100 monthly premium. 

Deposits & Fees

Security Deposit - $1,000

Additional Carport or Garage space - $50-$100/Mth

Water, Sewer, & Garbage - $90/Mth (1st occupant), $50/additional (2nd & 3rd occupants)

Late Charge - 5% after 3rd of month

Return Check Charge - $35

Application Fee - $35/adult

Garage Remote Deposit - $35

Resident Requirements

*Approved credit history verified by Amrent Credit reporting agency

*2 years positive, verifiable references from prior landlords. If renting from relatives or friends, must provide cancelled checks for past 2 months rental payments.

*Combined gross monthly income must be in excess of 2.5 x the rental & wsg utility charges. Income must be verified by 2 month's pay stubs from employer, or most recent tax return for self employed applicants.

*Maximum occupancy for Studio Apartments is (2) persons, Maximum occupancy 1 Bedroom (3) persons.

*Applicants may be rejected for conviction of fraud, theft, drugs, assault and battery or a violent crime, misdemeanor, or for other convictions of illegal activity.  Past eviction is considered a disqualifying condition.

*Guarantors are accepted for parents or guardians paying the rental amount for full-time students only. Co-signers/Guarantors may not be used to compensate for lack of income for non-students, or low credit scores.

*Full deposit must be received to hold a unit. Units may only be held up to 1 week after becoming available.

*All application fees must be submitted to begin application processing. Upon initial review of application, if information submitted does not qualify due to lack of income or rental history, or if application is not filled out completely, the application fee shall be returned to the applicant prior to credit reporting. Once information is submitted to a credit agency, all fees are non-refundable.

*Written notice of denial of application will be mailed to applicant upon request.

*$100k minimum liability Renters Insurance Policy is to be in force at all times, naming Summit Property Mgmt & Whitman Manor Apartments as additionally insured.
